The intense colours of Dance House Helsinki invite you into the world of dance!
Intense colours were chosen for PUNTA furniture to meet the architect’s vision of premises that invite you to enter the world of dance and art without prejudice.
Combined with the building’s robust materials, luminaires that play with light and shadow, and various reflective surfaces, the strong tones of the interior create a memorable atmosphere tuning the audience to the mood.
Dance House Helsinki consists of a 5,000+ m2 new building and an approx. 1,500 m2 renovated part located in the old Cable Factory building. At the core of the Dance House are the 700-seat Erkko Hall and the 250-seat Pannu Hall, as well as the Event Square. The building also accommodates a training studio and office premises.
Punta’s VKP and VKZ lockers were used to furnish the staff premises and spacious changing rooms for larger dance groups. The easy-to-use electronic Versa numeric code locks are equipped with a clock function, which allows daily automatic unlocking at a set time or unlocking after a set time has elapsed. Owing to this function, the lockers cannot be occupied longer than the set time limit.
