The purpose of the information below is to inform you as a customer about the personal data collected on our website and by our company (Punta Oy), as well as about the use of the data. Personal data collected
Punta Oy collects personal data when you register as a customer of Punta Oy. Registration takes place when you order our products, in connection with the creation of customer data. In this case, the basis for data collection is Punta Oy’s legitimate interest in managing the customer relationship. We also use cookies to collect information on how you use our website. The data collected and processed by Punta Oy within the framework of a customer relationship include the customer’s name, address, phone number, and email address.

How does Punta Oy use your personal data? Who can access the data?
Punta Oy uses the personal data collected for management of the customer relationship and delivery of the products you purchase from Punta Oy. Punta Oy collects information so that we can make our customers relevant offers that comply with their interests. In addition, the information is used to ensure a good customer experience on our website www.punta.fi

Punta Oy is the controller of processed customer-specific personal data. Punta Oy will not sell or transfer personal data submitted to us to third parties without your consent. Punta Oy can use subcontractors and partners for personal data processing and storage.

Personal data are stored as long as the data are needed for the purpose for which the data were collected. Personal data related to the performance of Punta Oy’s legal obligations will be deleted after the performance of the obligations.
