Punta Suite
Punta Suite is our SaaS based software for centralized smart locker management. It requires no application, installations, or server maintenance and can be accessed via any device with Internet connection.
All the customer’s Punta Smart Lockers can be viewed through Suite web user interface, regardless of the locker type. This is why Suite supports several user roles, so each user is only able to access the actions and information that they need. This makes it an efficient tool for both customer service as well as for large-scale locker and user management.
Suite provides current information about lockers, including current locker status, usage rate and event log. Depending on the locker type, the information may be even compartment-level. Logs can be downloaded in CSV form and all locker information is also always available to a customer’s systems via API.
The lockers can be configured and remotely controlled using Suite. Depending on the locker type this might mean anything from remotely rebooting the locker to opening single compartments to releasing existing orders.
